Erika Lynnette is not just an alignment coach – she's a defeat disruptor on a mission. As the founder of Divignment®, she empowers girls and women to redefine self-image, renew mindset, and persevere with unapologetic clarity, confidence, and control, all anchored in a foundational relationship with God.

Erika Lynnette draws from her extensive leadership, education, and organizational development expertise, coupled with battle-tested experiences from the trenches of navigating real-life. She helps girls and women co-author a new narrative for their lives where Divine Alignment isn’t just a concept – it’s a lifestyle.

She has had the pleasure of working with incredible institutions and organizations such as the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Queens University, BraveWorks, Right Moves for Youth, Permission to Fly, and more.

Residing in the Charlotte area, Erika Lynnette balances raising her two young gentlemen, Ethan and Rylan, with helping her real estate clients buy & sell property throughout the Carolinas. Whether she's navigating the complexities of family life, overseeing a deal, or conquering fitness goals with her morning crew at the gym, Erika Lynnette exudes the same unstoppable spirit she imparts to the resilient ladies she champions.

Lillie Mae

As Creator of the Glambitious Brand and the Lillie Mae Public Relations Agency, Lillie Mae has dedicated her efforts to empowering, recognizing, and supporting visionaries of all facets around the country for 10+ years. Growing up in a very underserved community compelled her to become the first college graduate in her family, from the University of NC at Chapel Hill. She has since built and trademarked the Glambitious platform to encourage entrepreneurship as a tool to break generational deficits and has been seen on Netflix, Black Enterprise, TMZ Live, Huffington Post, and Cosmopolitan, among other esteemed media platforms.

From London to Nigeria, Lillie Mae has connected with creatives through books, coaching, speaking, and producing innovative events, to provide them with unique resources that will elevate them professionally and personally. In addition, she has executed numerous community efforts for underserved single mothers and children, awarded small business grants, and produced the Glambitious Empowerment Tour, including stops in New York, Philadelphia, Miami, Charlotte, Washington DC, Atlanta, and New Orleans during the Essence Festival.

Her passion for supporting other big dreamers will continue to pave a path that uplifts and inspires many.

Sheena Maria

Sheena Maria is a Performing Artist, Creative Writer & Independent Consultant from Monroe, NC.

Best known for her thought-provoking wordplay, Sheena Maria has shared stages with prominent writers, civil rights activists, and artists such as KRS-ONE, Dr. Nikki Giovanni, Dr. Cornel West, Dr. Sonia Sanchez, Dr. Ian Smith, and Terry McMillan. A lover of poetry, Sheena Maria has authored five compilations of poems and has published two: “Ink Running Through My Veins” (2009) and “Sheenisms: A Collection of Poems on Life, Love, Heartbreak and Redemption” (2020). She is also the author of “Paint The Day Beautiful: A Guide To Virtuous Living” (2019).

In addition to writing, Sheena Maria has starred in independent films and stage productions in the Southeast over the past 15 years. Additionally, she has 12 years of experience as a Learning &

Organization Development Leader specializing in coaching, leadership development, understanding human & group dynamics, as well as on-boarding and orientation best practices within healthcare, banking, beauty, and technology.

Her greatest and most rewarding role in life is being the mother of two boys—Zion Amir (18) and Zain Ari (8).

How much does it cost to park at The Ballantyne Hotel?

Parking is free. The parking lot will have ample parking to accommodate brunch attendees.

May I receive a refund if I'm no longer able to attend?
